The service in context.

MBE's internal reactive-maintenance team provides repairs and preventative maintenance alongside its project work, giving commercial property and facilities teams a direct route for existing glazing, entrance and door issues.

The reactive-maintenance team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week across mainland UK. Attendance, parts availability and maintenance terms depend on the equipment, condition and location and are agreed for each enquiry.

One accountable project route.

MBE's internal reactive-maintenance team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week across mainland UK. Clear site and fault information is reviewed before attendance or another appropriate next action is agreed.

  1. 01

    Initial information

Share the site, affected system, urgency and clear photographs so MBE can review the enquiry.

  2. 02

    Scope assessment

The existing installation and available information are considered to establish an appropriate next step.

  3. 03

    Agreed action

Any attendance, inspection, repair or maintenance scope is confirmed directly before work proceeds.

  4. 04

    Ongoing support

Where appropriate, future maintenance needs can be discussed after the immediate requirement is understood.

Start with the project requirements.

System selection, performance values, finishes and supporting documentation are confirmed against the requirements of each project.

For a useful project-specific response, include the following with your enquiry:

  • Site address and facilities contact
  • System type, manufacturer and approximate age if known
  • Description of the fault with photographs or video
  • Access restrictions, safety concerns and required timescale
Request project-specific information

Discuss repairs & maintenance.

Share the location, timescale, drawings and outline scope. MBE can review what is available, clarify the requirements and confirm the appropriate next step.
